We didn't expect to stay here two nights. But that's what happens...the unexpected.
Another problem, but fortunately this one did not require a trip to West Marine. After docking and resting a little yesterday, we discovered we had no fresh water pressure. Further inspection revealed we had no water in the fresh water tank, which I filled when we left Jacksonville Beach. No way we used 170 gallons in 4 days.
Rather than troubleshoot it last night since we were both tired, we ordered pizza delivery and went to bed. This morning we began the process of tracking down the problem by pulling up all the cushions and floor compartments to find the leak. We discovered that the inlet hose clamp on the hot water heater had failed, causing the water to drain out of the hot water tank into the bilge. Running the engine all afternoon masked the bilge pump pumping the water out, but fortunately it did. It was easy to re-clamp the connection, then put the cabins back into order. We sure would like to have a few maintenance-free days.....
Since it was raining, we decided to stay put another night here. It's a lovely place....a huge resort. It would be very nice to spend a week here in the spring on the way back. There's the beach, numerous swimming pools, golf course, restaurants, shops....the full gambit. So we've made a note of it. Here are a few photos of the marina area which I took while walking the dogs between showers:

These are whole-ownership condos, but there is a management company
which rents them out by the week when owner's are not using them.
The marina showers, laundry, restrooms and lounge are just inside this entry,
and it's all over-the-top nice!
